Marywell is a safe, secure and quiet place to live.  We are well located for essential services with a regular doorstep bus service to Aberdeen.

Sorry we are not a static holiday park and don't cater for Motor Homes, towing caravans and tents. 

Minimum lease terms are negotiable,.

We do not cater for Short term holiday stays.

COVID-19 STATEMENT

As you are aware certain restrictions have been put in place by Government to prevent the spread of this Virus, These rules are not optional. They are instructions put in place to save lives. You must follow them.

Everyone must now stay at home apart from shopping for basic necessities as infrequently as possible, doing one form of exercise a day, medical needs, or travelling to and from work when it is truly necessary and cannot be done from home.

All non-essential retail will now be closed, as will places of worship and other communal places such as libraries and playgrounds. Gatherings of more than two people, apart from those of your own household, will be banned.
Police Now have the authority to deal with those breaking this Law

These unprecedented circumstances require extraordinary measures.

I would ask you all  to avoid all social contact. Work from home if you possibly can. Don’t use public transport unless you absolutely have to. Only go out to buy basic necessities or exercise once a day. Keep at least two metres distance between you and anyone else at all times. Look out for your neighbours.
 Don’t buy any more food than you need.

These rules play a part in how we as a business can operate, With immediate effect we have stopped all our face to face meetings, We will no longer allow entry to our office,  We are working from home as often as this allows.
